As you place your requisition to await an approved Purchase Order, you will find all the necessary information about the company with your Purchasing Dept.

If your district still mails POs, ask to have your PO emailed to [email protected] or faxed to 512-310-2267 to expediate your order. Most orders will be emailed within 24 hours of receiving the PO. If you do not get your order within 3 days, please call us to confirm we received the PO.

If we are not yet recognized on your district's approved vendor list, contact MathWarm-ups.com and we will gladly provide the necessary paperwork to work with you. We also have current contracts with multiple Purchasing Coops. Click here for a W-9 and Sole Source Letter .

We do accept phone orders to pay by credit card or check from your school.

If you are an individual elementary school or private school, we gladly accept school orders over the phone from principals and staff. Please include your tax-exempt number with your PO or order. If you are a very small school, we can work with your specific situation so call today.
