We have 8 teachers but only 4 teach math. I can order the 4 or fewer license, right?
No, you must order the 5-10 teacher license. We use the number of teachers as a guide to the size of the student body. This is the Please
order the correct license. We call your school, visit your website or contact your district office to confirm the size of your school and if you
order the lesser license, your order will NOT be processed.
Does each teacher in my grade need a separate license?
No, currently our license is for each grade level in each school. The school owns the license, not the teacher, and sharing or bringing your
copy to another school is a violation of our Copyright Policy. Licenses are available for 4 or fewer teachers and 5-10 teachers per grade.
Please order a quantity of (1) per grade of the correct item number based on the total number of teachers, not just the ones teaching math.
We have more than 10 teachers in our grades? How do we know the prices?
Please call or email us with the total teacher count per grade and we can prepare a quote for you. The price will go up per teacher above
the 5-10 teacher price and varies per product.
We were interested last year and called and got a quote. Have the prices gone up?
As of July 1, 2008, the new prices are in effect. If you did not process a PO or order by that time, the new item numbers and prices need to
be used.

Do you accept a Purchase Order from schools?
Absolutely! Most of our schools prepare POs. Please fax the PO to 512-310-2267 and the contact will receive a confirmation that the order
was received and when the order is shipped.
Is MathWarm-Ups.com approved by my district?
We are approved vendors in over 400 districts so far. Check with your secretary or district staff. If we're not yet an approved vendor, contact us
and we'll be happy to work with you. A Sole Source letter and W-9 are on our website for your convenience.
Do you accept school credit cards?
Yes, most schools paying by credit card need to call or fax the information securely. Please DO NOT send credit card information via email.

Does the America Math Lone Star Edition™ license mean I get the Spanish version, too?
No, a license for any Spanish version must be purchased separately unless your grade purchases a COMPLETE bundle which include both
English and Bilingual products. The only exception is the Numeracy Power-Up series which contains 25-30 supplemental pages for your
bilingual students.
How long does it take before we receive our order?
Shipping of the new Lone Star Edition products began after August 15, 2008; Countdown products began shipping in September; and Fast
Focus products will begin shipping after November 15, 2008. If you do not receive a shipping email or your order within 10 days of your PO,
please call us to make sure we received the order.
Can I just call to order and pay over the phone?
Yes, just prepare your order and call with your payment information ready.
